A Day in the Life of the Project Coordinator includes:

  • Support traveling Superintendents and Project Manager

  • Reconcile subcontractor billing and employee expenditures

  • Maintain communication and schedule with project managers

  • Arrange travel for the team

Job Requirements

What it takes to be Successful:

  • Ability to work independently.  Most employees are traveling and you have to be self-directed. 

  • Very detail oriented with excellent communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Five plus years of construction administrative experience

  • Advanced skill level with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills, such as writing, listening and speaking.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary is $42,000 to $50,000

  • Excellent benefits
