Continuous Improvement & Process Design Manager

Triumph Foods is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement & Process Design Manager.

A Day in the Life of the Director of Continuous Improvement & Process Design Manager includes:

Provide leadership and support on capital projects and continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes.  Project work will vary, including:

•       process upgrades,

•       analyzing daily and weekly product yields,

•       expansions,

•       integrations and new process design. 

Responsible for:

•       preparing project scope packages,

•       formal design packages,

•       conducting process engineering analysis,

•       process commissioning and launch,

•       providing process recommendations.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

•       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering

•       A minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience, preferably in retail packaging applications. 

•       Previous experience in high volume retail product assembly and packaging is a plus. 

•       Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, etc.


Salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 commiserate with experience
