Triumph Foods is seeking a Director of Refrigeration & Utilities Management.

A Day in the Life of the Director of Refrigeration & Utilities Management includes:

Directly supervises 13 staff members focused exclusively on maintaining an ammonia refrigeration system, and indirectly provides influence, support, and leadership to the broader Maintenance department of approximately 100 employees.

•       Oversight and maintenance of the entire Ammonia Refrigeration system and all equipment to include compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, evaporators, and monitoring devices.

•       Responsibility for the end-to-end Process Safety Management program.

•       Providing utility oversight (Steam, Electric and Natural Gas)

•       Managing projects associated with the Company’s Waste Water facility, Rendering operation, and other facility needs.

•       Other duties assigned as needed.   

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

•       A minimum of ten (10) years of ammonia refrigeration and management experience, with a, demonstrated the upward progression of responsibility. Certification in Ammonia Refrigeration from RETA or an accredited Technical School would be a plus.

•       We are looking for a leader that has authored and maintained all facets of a PSM program, for a food manufacturing facility for a minimum of 10 years. PSM Certification is desired and five years’ experience as a coordinator of a PSM program would be considered a plus.

•       Five (5) years of experience in utility management.

•       Five to ten years of engineering experience in a large food processing facility desired.


Salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 commiserate with experience
