Multifamily Senior Facility Maintenance Technician

Are you a Multifamily Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician looking for a stable locally-owned company that has room for growth?  
We are looking for a Multifamily Senior Facility Maintenance Technician for a 500 unit property with five to six direct reports.

A day in the life of the Senior Facility Maintenance Technician includes:

Lead the Maintenance Team in the daily upkeep of the building, apartment units, property exterior and common area appearance by company standards. Required to be “on call' and have a reliable vehicle.

•       Ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner.

•       Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and fellow associates.

•       Ensure make-ready maintenance to company standards.

•       Design and assist with the Preventative Maintenance Program.

•       Maintain property equipment.

•       Adhere to the Company’s Safety Programs, policies, and procedures.

•       Participate in the Company’s training classes, as required.

•       Assist the overall team effort in any way possible.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience to be Successful:

•       Certified and advanced knowledge of HVAC systems.

•       Knowledge of building trades and building codes.

•       Ability to lead people.

•       Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

•       Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and pool maintenance.

•       Ten years of Maintenance Technician experience in multi-family housing with HVAC experience

•       General Maintenance in a property management environment

•       High school diploma or GED equivalent

•       A valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience and position.  The salary range is $58,000 to $60,000 per year plus bonus and overtime.  You realistically can earn $70,000 per year.
